In life, it is considered a bad thing to go one step forward, and then take two steps back. It terrifies people when they realise that they have stopped moving ahead in life as they are supposed to do. Everyone – from life gurus to unreliable horoscope readings – will tell you progress is the way of life. But, so is occasionally standing still, and enjoying the scenery. You do not need to be running all the time, and definitely not at the same pace as everyone else. You need a breather sometimes, which is perfectly okay. However, what happens when you feel like you are just stuck with nowhere else to go? What if you feel like you have already peaked?
It sort of feels like having a writer’s block. Every thought that comes into your head is a jumble. When you try to express yourself, everything is a mess and simply refuses to make any sense.
