Standup India

Stand up India was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 5 April 2016 to support entrepreneurship among women and SC & ST communities.

It is similar to but distinct from Startup India. Both are enabler and beneficiary of other key Government of India schemes, such as Make in India, Industrial corridor, Dedicated Freight Corridor, Sagarmala, Bharatmala, UDAN-RCS, Digital India, BharatNet and UMANG.

Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra (PMBJK)

Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi PariYojana Kendra(PMBJPK) is a campaign launched by the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Govt. Of India, to provide quality medicines at affordable prices to the masses through special kendras known as Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra. Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Pariyojana Kendra (PMBJPK) have been set up to provide generic drugs, which are available at lesser prices but are equivalent in quality and efficacy as expensive branded drugs. BPPI (Bureau of Pharma Public Sector Undertakings of India) has been established under the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Govt. of India, with the support of all the CPSUs for co-coordinating procurement, supply and marketing of generic drugs through Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra

Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana

प्रधान मंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना (Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana - PMUY) भारत सरकार की एक प्रमुख योजना है, जिसे महिलाओं के जीवन को सुलभ और सुरक्षित बनाने के उद्देश्य से शुरू किया गया था। आइए इस योजना के मुख्य बिंदुओं को विस्तार से समझते हैं:

 योजना की शुरुआत: शुरुआत की तारीख: 1 मई 2016 शुरू करने वाले: प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी

उद्देश्य: 

• गरीबी रेखा के नीचे जीवन यापन करने वाली महिलाओं को स्वच्छ ईंधन (LPG गैस) प्रदान करना।

• ग्रामीण और गरीब परिवारों की महिलाओं को धुएं से राहत दिलाना।

• पर्यावरण को प्रदूषण से बचाना।

• महिलाओं और बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा करना।

• खाना पकाने के पारंपरिक साधनों (लकड़ी, गोबर आदि) की जगह LPG का उपयोग बढ़ाना।

मुख्य विशेषताएं:

• गरीबी रेखा के नीचे (BPL) जीवन यापन करने वाली महिला को नि:शुल्क गैस कनेक्शन दिया जाता है।

• इसमें गैस सिलेंडर, रेगुलेटर, पाइप और इंस्टॉलेशन की सुविधा शामिल होती है।

• पहली रिफिल पर सरकार की ओर से आंशिक/पूर्ण सब्सिडी मिलती है।

• लाभार्थी को एक या दो 14.2 किलो या 5 किलो के सिलेंडर का विकल्प मिल सकता है।

पात्रता (Eligibility):

• लाभार्थी महिला होनी चाहिए।
• BPL परिवार से संबंधित हो।
• SECC (Socio-Economic Caste Census) 2011 के अनुसार नाम दर्ज होना चाहिए।
• परिवार में पहले से कोई LPG कनेक्शन न हो।

आवश्यक दस्तावेज:

• आधार कार्ड
• राशन कार्ड
• BPL प्रमाणपत्र या SECC सूची में नाम
• पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो
• बैंक खाता विवरण

आवेदन कैसे करें?

नजदीकी गैस एजेंसी पर जाकर फॉर्म भरें या ऑनलाइन https://pmuy.gov.in पर आवेदन करें। दस्तावेज़ जमा करें और पात्रता सत्यापन के बाद गैस कनेक्शन जारी किया जाएगा

योजना का प्रभाव:

करोड़ों महिलाओं को रसोई में धुएं से मुक्ति मिली।

महिलाओं को रसोई में कम समय लगने से शिक्षा और रोजगार की ओर ध्यान देने का अवसर मिला।

पर्यावरण में प्रदूषण घटा है।

National Food Security Mission

The National Development Council (NDC) in its 53rd meeting held on 29th May, 2007 adopted a resolution to launch a Food Security Mission comprising rice, wheat and pulses to increase the production of rice by 10 million tons, wheat by 8 million tons and pulses by 2 million tons by the end of the Eleventh Plan (2011-12). Accordingly, a Centrally Sponsored Scheme, 'National Food Security Mission' (NFSM), was launched in October 2007. The Mission is being continued during 12th Five Year Plan with new targets of additional production of food grains of 25 million tons of food grains comprising of 10 million tons rice, 8 million tons of wheat, 4 million tons of pulses and 3 million tons of coarse cereals by the end of 12th Five Year Plan. 

The National Food Security Mission (NFSM) during the 12th Five Year Plan will have five components (i) NFSM- Rice; (ii) NFSM-Wheat; (iii) NFSM-Pulses, (iv) NFSM-Coarse cereals and (v) NFSM-Commercial Crops.

National Career Service (India)

National Career Service (NCS) project is an initiative launched by the Ministry of Labour and Employment (India)Government of India as a Mission Mode Project for establishing quick and efficient career related services. It was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 20 July 2015 as part of government’s focus on providing right skills and generating employment.[1]

The Career Centres serve as a platform for addressing all career related needs of the youth and students.
