परिचय
मध्यप्रदेश शासन, सामाजिक न्याय एवं नि:शक्तजन कल्याण विभाग के अंतर्गत दीनदयाल अन्त्योदय मिशन प्रदेश के निःशक्त, निर्धन और कमजोर परिवारों की सहायता के लिये आम लोगों की भावना और उनकी भागीदारी को दृष्टिगत रखते हुये स्थापना की गई थी। इसके अंतर्गत निराश्रित, निर्धन कन्या/विधवा/परित्यक्ता के सामूहिक विवाह हेतु आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करने की योजना तैयार कर वर्ष 2006 में मुखयमंत्री कन्या विवाह योजना के नाम से प्रारम्भ की गई हैा
The Mukhya Mantri Kanya Vivah Yojna is a social welfare programme being administered by the State Government of Madhya Pradesh. Under the scheme, financial assistance and utility gift items are provided to the newly-wedded couples. Widows and divorcee are also being benefited under the scheme.
उदेद्श
मध्यप्रदेश शासन द्वारा गरीब, जरुरतमंद, निराश्रित/निर्धन परिवारों की निर्धन एवं श्रमिक संवर्ग की योजनाओं के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत हितग्राहियों के परिवार की विवाह योग्य कन्या/ विधवा/ परित्यक्तता के विवाह हेतु आर्थिक सहायता उपलब्ध कराना है।
The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance poor, needy, destitute families for marrying off their daughters/widows/divorcees. This assistance is given only in mass marriages with the condition that the girl must have attained the age fixed for marriage. The marriage of a girl is a big worry for a poor family, who does not have enough money even for meeting their daily requirements let alone expenses on a daughter’s wedding. They usually take loans with a view to mobilizing lump sum funds to meet the wedding expenses and fall prey to moneylenders. This scheme has been launched on the special initiative of Chief Minister for helping poor families rid of this worry. Under the scheme, mass marriages are performed, which not only increase social harmony but also curb unnecessary expenditure on weddings. पात्रता
1. कन्या/कन्या के अभिभावक मध्यप्रदेश के मूल निवासी हो। 2. कन्या के लिए १८ वर्ष तथा पुरुष के लिए २१ वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण हो गई हों। 3. कन्या/कन्या के अभिभावक गरीबी रेखा के नीचे जीवन निर्वाह करते हों/या जरुरतमंद हों। 4.समग्र पोर्टल पर नाम अंकित हो
1.Beneficiary should be the domicile of Madhya Pradesh. 2.Girl’s age should be more than 18 years and boy’s age should be more then 21 years. 3.Girls/ widower/ divorcee of poor, needy, labour class families. 3.Beneficiary should be registered on SSSM Portal.
लाभ
कन्याओं की गृहस्थी की स्थापना हेतु रूपये 16,000/-कन्या के दाम्पत्य जीवन में खुशहाली के लिये 5 वर्ष के लिये रूपये 6,000/- की सावधी जमा एवं सामूहिक विवाह कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने वाले निकाय यथा नगरीय निकाय,ग्रामीण निकाय को विवाह आयोजन की प्रतिपूर्ति के लिये रूपये 3,000/- कुल रूपये 25,000/-हजार दिये जाने का प्रावधान किया गया है।
The assistance amount is Rs 16,000/- , a fixed deposit of Rs 6000/-for 5 years and Rs 3000/- to the Organizer(Urban and Rural local bodies).
प्रक्रिया
निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र में आवेदन ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में ग्राम पंचायत/ जनपद पंचायत, शहरी क्षेत्र में नगर निगम/ नगर पालिका/ नगर परिषद के कार्यालय में आवश्ययक अभिलेखों के साथ जमा करायें । स्वीकृति हेतु पदाविहित अधिकारी ग्रामीण क्षेत्र :- मुखय कार्यपालन अधिकारी, जनपद पंचायत शहरी क्षेत्र :- आयुक्त, नगर निगम मुखय नगर पालिका अधिकारी
Applicant has to submit the application form along with all the necessary documents to the office of 1.Gram Panchayat/Janpad Panchyat for rural Area 2.Nagar Nigam/Nagar Panchayat/Nagar Parishad for Urban Area
